What a week!! Ketchum FFA left for the National Convention in Indianapolis, IN on Halloween and returned late Saturday night from a jam-packed week. They had three big events this week for which our students worked extremely hard.
The week started with our Ag Sales team representing the state of Oklahoma and competing at our first National contest. They did an excellent job and represented Ketchum and Oklahoma well. The team was ranked Bronze nationally, two members ranked Silver nationally, Hayden Taylor and Abi Shofler., and two team members ranked Bronze, Tristan Johns and Kenzee Males.
The rest of the group helped run the Horse Career Development event. Mrs. Jones stated, "Every year I receive compliments on how well-dressed, well-mannered, and hardworking my students are. That is a true testament to the quality of students in Ketchum FFA."
"All the kids are tired, but it was a great week and we can’t wait to return! Thank you to chaperones Sarah Shofler, Mike Williams, and Lisa Williams. I couldn’t have done it without you!!" Mrs. Jones.
