Ketchum Middle School

Meet Heather Stoops! She is the Librarian for KMS and is in charge of our ELA remediation. Some of her favorite things in life can be listed below. Her favorite hobby is Reading, her favorite color is black, and her favorite author is Kate Stewart. She loves salty snacks. Her motivation to get into being a librarian was because she always loved reading.  She even has her own library at her house, and founded a book club with her friends. She loves that she was able to build up a library that the kids enjoyed going to.  She will always take book recommendations from the kids to make a better library.  She has been working for Ketchum since 2004. She is friends with some famous adult authors through her book club.  She is with ARC, which is basically a club which allows its members to read unpublished books and write a review on them. In return, they can get a signed copy of the book or limited edition.  She loves to go to New Orleans because of the architecture, the culture, and the food. She has been blessed with having a new grandbaby name Delilah.
