We hope everyone had a great fall break! We are ready to see all your smiling faces and learn some really cool things! Don't forget we have two events happening right now. We are collecting items for Christmas boxes to send to Honduras. We are also collecting gently used Halloween costumes for REVEUR's Halloween Costume Drive. Have a great week!

Staff Spotlight! Meet Alesha Tucker! Alesha joined our team this year and works with students 1:1 as a reading interventionist. That's her main role, but you can always find her helping in anyway anywhere she can. Alesha is a Vinita Hornet graduate and has operated a hobby bakery since 2017. Her favorite pastimes are baking and spending time with family. She is one of the newest staff members in the House of Reveur, and is such a blessing to our school! 💙

We want to give a BIG Shout Out to BancFirst in Ketchum and South Grand Lake Chamber for providing dinner for our teachers the past two evenings during Parent-Teacher Conferences. BancFirst fed us Gambinos pizza Monday evening, and Gambinos gave us a great discount! SGLC fed us Subway on Tuesday and provided drinks and paper goods for both nights! What a blessing! Thank you so much from all of us at KES!❤️

We are excited to announce registration is open for our fall Early Birds Program! We are in our 3rd year of offering this unique Parent Program and are excited about a few changes we have made for the classes moving forward. Classes will now be in-person at KES instead of virtual. We have changed the time to accommodate more families from 8:00 to 6:30, and we are using in-house trainers. Mrs. Susan Weeks and Kayde McLemore have completed the Early Birds training program and will be leading the classes this fall. The program is still free, and for each class attended, parents receive an awesome kit full of age appropriate books, toys, and other activities for their child/children. We can't wait to partner with our families to provide this opportunity for early learning and growth for our community's youngest citizens. Class Dates and Times: Prenatal 10/17 6:30 0-1 years 10/19 6:30 1-2 years 10/24 6:30 2-3 years. 10/26 6:30 3-4 years. 11/7. 6:30 4-5 years. 11/9. 6:30

Mrs. Lee dropped in today to "Toot Mrs. Frost's Horn" for routinely posting exemplary student work to model her expectations for neatness and accuracy on classroom assignments. Then, of course, she got to toot her own horn! Way to go. Mrs. Frost! 🥳🎉 #bestpractices #Bestteamever
